Waist Management
Our popular Waist Management program helps you develop healthy lifestyle habits that will allow you to achieve and maintain your weight loss goals for life. The group-based program is designed for healthy individuals who are exercise ready. Participants meet twice weekly for one hour of weight, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, followed by one hour of supervised exercise. The 11-week program includes an orientation session and individual meetings with a Weight Loss Coach at the start, mid and end points of the program.

For the self-directed person looking to jumpstart their lifestyle change program.Choose just group education classes facilitated by exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaches or add a guided exercise option for more support.
Fitter.Firmer.Faster. Weight Loss Challenge
Get Fitter.Firmer.Faster. on a team led by certified personal trainers. Weekly fitness challenges and weigh-ins help keep you motivated while educational Super Sessions show you how to keep it off. Must be able to exercise at an intense level for this challenge. Winning team members receive a prize and certificate.
Fitter.Firmer.Faster. Boot Camps are also available seasonally. 2011 morning, noon and evening boot camps are available at three locations in May, June, July and August.
