Waist Management
Our popular Waist Management program helps you develop healthy lifestyle habits that will allow you to achieve and maintain your weight loss goals for life. The group-based program is designed for healthy individuals who are exercise ready. Participants meet twice weekly for one hour of weight, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, followed by one hour of supervised exercise. The 11-week program includes an orientation session and individual meetings with a Weight Loss Coach at the start, mid and end points of the program.
Pound the Pounds
This program lets you choose the class options that fit your needs. Try just the Core Program for weigh-in, meal plan and classes with our dietician, behaviour coach and personal trainer. Or build a package that includes exercise and/or meal options for more support.
Fitter.Firmer.Faster. Weight Loss Challenge
Get Fitter.Firmer.Faster. on a team led by certified personal trainers. Weekly fitness challenges and weigh-ins help keep you motivated while educational Super Sessions show you how to keep it off. Must be able to exercise at an intense level for this challenge. Winning team members receive a prize and certificate.
