The Training Institute at the Wellness Institute offers professionally-delivered training to support for health and fitness professionals and all those whose work supports healthy lifestyles in our community. All our dynamic workshops, seminars and program certifications provide quality training and are led by qualified professionals. Topics address both professional and self-care needs. It’s another way we are leading a shift towards prevention and rehabilitation.
