We offer four comfortable conference rooms complete with audio/visual access for the convenience of our members and the community. Room 1 includes a full teaching kitchen.

Our conference rooms may also be reserved for business meetings, seminars, catered functions and parties. A menu of options is available for corporate retreats, workplace wellness days or conference bookings activities. You can complement your meeting or event by choosing fitness classes, gym use, or any of the Wellness Presentations we deliver to workplaces and other organizations. Call 632-3900 to book.

On-site catering is also available for your meeting, conference, or workplace wellness retreats.

The Wellness Institute is one of Manitoba's largest providers of health education and hosts most of our educational seminars in our conference rooms.
