Online registration for members & guests

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN.

In person and phone registration will open at 6:00am, December 15th. If you do not have computer access and would like to register early online, please visit us at 1075 Leila Avenue where a computer kiosk near the front desk will be available for your use during early registration.

Members must provide an email address in order to be able to access online services and be eligible for member discounts. If you did not provide your email address when you joined the Wellness Institute, or if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please call 632-3900 or email info@wellnessinstitute.ca to update your account.

Non-members can register online by creating a guest account with us. Use the Join Now link on the Online Services page to be added to our system and get your log-in credentials emailed to you.

If you have  forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Password/Create Login link on the Online Services page and enter the email address from your account. Your login information will be automatically sent to you by the system.

If you try to access our online services but find only a blank page, you will need to upgrade your browser to: Internet Explorer 7.0+, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
