Get off road at some of the best trails in Manitoba for some “real” mountain biking. Start times vary by location. Helmets are mandatory. Bring your own bike and meet at the Wellness Institute for one or all Saturday rides. $10/Trip

43. Trail Runners R US
Say no to concrete, tracks and treadmills and join us for evening trail runs until it snows. All levels are welcome. Try new trails each week. Water, running nutrition and optional head light are recommended. Meet at the Birds Hill Park Gates. Contact us for upcoming starting points. $5
