New Activities for Members

Last year Wellness Institute experimented with adding short activities after some of our popular Stretch and Go sessions.

The 15-minute Stretch and Go sessions are led by a Wellness Consultant eight times a day on weekdays to help get your muscles ready for activity. Last year we added mini-obstacle courses, floor hockey, and balancing games to much acclaim so this fall we've expanded the activities we offer after stretches to include more games, and more variety of activity. We're hoping that more members will join in, and interact with staff and each other. A weekly schedule, beginning with the first week in October is posted by the bleachers in the west gym.
