Members can also provide feedback via a Member Survey mailed once per year. Your answers to the standardized survey help us maintain the quality of our programs, service and facility. The survey also offers the opportunity to provide your comments. To give more immediate feedback - such as to tell us about a specific concern, give a staff compliment or ask about our policies and services - ask for a Comment Card at the Front Desk.
