Exercise Schedule for Members & Drop-in Guests

 

See how fun and motivating working out in a group can be with group exercise classes  such as low impact, step, Spinning™, BOSU™, yoga and aqua fitness. Options are available for all ages and abilities and are free for members unless otherwise noted.

If you are not into group exercise, the schedule also includes intramurals, gym activities and open times in the pool!
