Wellness Institute offers members the chance to introduce their children to Wellness with a free, weekly Family Day each Sunday afternoon from 1 to 4 pm

Members can bring up to three children under the age of 16 to join us in age-appropriate activities. An specially priced partner pass ($5) is available for a non-member adult to join the group to assist with small children on Family Day.

Family Day Policies:

Children may drop in to participate in only the selected activities for their age group between 1 and 4 pm at which time Family Day ends and families can prepare to leave. General use of the facility is not included. Download the Family Day Sheet below for activity details.

Children aged 2-5 must be supervised by a member/parent in the designated activity area. Parents are asked to prevent negligent play and follow Family Day rules with their children.

Children aged 12 or under must be supervised by a parent while in the pool. The Family Day pool capacity is 35 so please share by limiting your pool time to 30 min. when others are waiting.

Members will be provided up to two lockers to accommodate their family members.

Sundays from 1:00–4:00 pm
