Kids and Youth

The Wellness Institute caters to not only the health and fitness needs of adults, but also the needs of children and youth through:

Children and their parents can choose from a range of programs such as swimming, karate, ballet and early movement, fitness and dance classes. Youth can also participate in a variety of activities such as weight training, cycling (spinning), karate and hip-hop.

If you are simply looking for something for your kids to do while you workout, you can use our Kids Corner Babysitting.

All instructors are certified and have experience working with children. Class programs and Family Day activities are appropriate for children of any skill level.
