Spring Registration opens Thursday, March 18 at 6 am.

Check out our new boot camps and plan your health, fitness and leisure activities now by checking out the current issue of Positively Healthy. For a free subscription, email us at info@wellnessinstitute.ca and include your full mailing address.

On or after March 18, you can register for programs with a credit card by phone (632-3900) or online using the Online Services site.
